Homemade Banana Baby Food
Ready to make banana baby food? Here we go.
The tools you need are simple and few. They are: a banana (of course!), cutting board, knife, fork (optional), lemon juice and food processor.

There are two ways to go about this.
If your baby is a seasoned-veteran of eating solids, you may want your banana to be a little lumpier. If so, simply cut up the banana, and then mash with a fork.

If your baby is new to solids, you'll want the banana to be a little more pureed.
So after cutting the banana into slices, put it into your food processor.
Then add 1/4 tsp. of lemon juice. This will enhance the flavor and also keep the baby food from turning brown.

Process the banana until it is the right consistency. Then either remove to a bowl and serve, or put into a container or bag for refrigeration or freezing.
I'm putting mine in the fridge to serve later today.
