Treat Yourself as you go...

I hate schedules. It's hard for me to remember to remember to do the laundry... etc. So I set a reminder alarm. Keeps me from putting it off....
I put little stipulations on my self, as a sort of reward... No first morning cup a coffee until the laundry is begun being managed.
And I take "me" brakes.... I can't sit down & watch T.v... or begin reading a book. But when I feel like I've had enough, I will stop to paint my toes, pluck my eyebrows.... those little tedious things women need to manage them selves along with the house work!
